Open a clean shell in SketchUp
After payment the .dae file arrives by email within 5 minutes. Import it with File → Import. Hide a floor group to work on the storey below.
Step 4
Check the sizes, then design
With a digital plan, lengths come from the agent's drawing. With images only, the conversion is assisted and you should check a few walls in SketchUp. One home is €9.
What you can build on
- A digital floor plan gives walls, openings and floors taken from the agent's file.

- You model furniture, materials and finishes yourself. The file stays a light shell on purpose.

Is this a furnished 3D render?
You get the building shell: walls, door and window openings, floor slabs, and a named group per floor and per room. Furniture and finishes are yours to add in SketchUp.
How close are the dimensions?
A digital plan keeps the agent's dimensions. An image-only plan is measured from the pictures, and you should check the important lengths before you detail the design.
Where do I see the price?
€9 for one home, €39 for a 5-pack, or €99 per year for Pro. The pricing page lists all three, and the preview is free.
